Trained staff associates work with our professional staff to provide a safe, clean, and most importantly ... a spiritual environment.  All summer staff members are Red Cross certified in Lifesaving and CPR and are on duty at all waterfront and swimming pool activities.

The Marshall Baptist Retreat Center is under the direction of Phil Robeson and his wife Emily.  Both are members of Christian Camping International/USA, the Southern Baptist Camping Associations, and the Association of Alabama Camps. Bro. Phil came to the Retreat Center in April of 2001.  Along with his love of the Lord, Phil brings with him a 26-year background in state park management, a B.S. in Park and Recreation Management, and a M.S. in Criminal Justice.
