Dormitory Fees: 

Year Around - $17.00/per person/per night

Large Kitchen/Dining Hall:

For Church-wide Fellowships/Classes, etc.

$75.00 for 50 people or less

$100.00 for 51 - 125 people

$125.00 for 125+ people

Rented in conjunction with a dormitory rental:

$50.00/per day

Individuals within the MBA (max. 8 hrs.):

$150.00/per day

Churches Outside the Marshall Baptist Association:

Dormitory Fees:

Off-Season Rates:  Day after Labor Day until Memorial Weekend - $19.00/per person/per nigh

(This includes the use of the dormitory, the gym, challenge/obstacle course, play fields, fishing piers/boat ramp, playground, sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pits.)

Summer Season Rates:   Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend - $21.00/per person/per night

(This includes the use of the dormitory, gym, challenge/obstacle course, play fields, fishing piers/boat ramp, playground, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, canoes/paddleboats/kayaks, and the swimming pool.)

Large Kitchen/Dining Hall:
